Celebrating Lucy’s Success: Carer of the Year at the WMCA Awards!

Did you see Lucy in the Worcester News? It’s time to celebrate as the Severn Vale Home Care team are feeling really proud of Lucy. On Friday October 25th, Tony, Kate and Lucy attended the WMCA Care Awards and guess what? Lucy wont the Carer of the Year award!

We know the hard work and dedication that our carers do and it’s a real commitment each day. This wonderful recognition of Lucy’s work is a real testament to Severn Vale having a team of the best care professionals, not only in Worcester and Malvern, but the West Midlands.

Winning the Carer of the year award is a real honour that reflects Lucy’s commitment to putting clients first and delivering true person-centred care. It’s not every day that the amazing work of carers get the spotlight and so we are thrilled that Lucy’s hard work has been recognised.

We would like to say a big congratulations to Lucy for her well-deserved award and thank her for being such a great team member of the Severn Vale Home Care family. Her success reminds us of the incredible work that each carer does to support the Worcester and Malvern community.
