Our Philosophy
Severn Vale is an independent care agency who operates in Malvern. The company was set up by Stuart Callister, who has a background in art and was formerly Director of Art in Malvern College. Originally from Hereford, once Stuart had discovered Malvern, he knew he wanted to stay in the area. It is easy to understand why, as Malvern is peaceful, cultured and an area of outstanding natural beauty.
With his parents now in their 70’s and 80’s, in 2020 Stuart decided to set up a home care company that could provide the standard of care that he would want his parents to receive, as and when they need it in their later years. He works closely with Tony, the registered manager who has lived in Malvern all his life and shares a story about his love of music and playing in a band in Malvern, learn more here.
The Management team have creative interests, with Kate being a published Author. That’s why Severn Vale share their love of books, art, films and music to help others in the community enjoy these simple but wonderful pleasures in life.
