Care calls for Visiting Care are available from 7am to 10pm every day. Live-in Care services are provided 24/7, with your Care Professional taking a daily break of 2 hours. We offer several options to facilitate this, which will be discussed during the care assessment.
They assist with all personal care needs, including washing, dressing, assistance with toilet facilities, meal preparation, basic housekeeping, medication administration, accompanying on social outings/appointments, and caring for pets. Our Care Professionals are engaging, compassionate, and great company!"
If you are receiving Visiting Care, we will introduce your primary Care Professional who will provide most of your care. Additionally, we will introduce you to a small team of Care Professionals who will step in when your primary carer is on holiday or unavailable.
For Live-in Care, you will have one main Care Professional. We will arrange cover for when your main carer goes on holiday.
