Embracing Community Connections: A Heart-warming Coffee Morning at Lyttelton Well, Malvern

We are thrilled to share the heart-warming experience of our first community coffee morning that took place today at Lyttelton Well, a charming community café and bookshop nestled by Malvern Priory. The event was a collaboration between Severn Vale Home Care and Lyttelton Well, and we are excited to tell you all about it!

The Joy of Community Gatherings

Lyttelton Well, is run mainly by dedicated volunteers, exudes a palpable warmth and community spirit. Today’s gathering saw a delightful mix of individuals from the local community, including a remarkable 99-year-old lady who brought her own unique energy to the event. It was truly heartening to witness a community initiative that fosters social connections, and creates opportunities for older people to make new friends.

Severn Vale Home Care's Involvement

Behind the scenes, Stuart, Lydia, and Tony from Severn Vale Home Care organised the event, with valuable assistance from Sheila from Lyttelton Well. Their collaborative efforts brought smiles to many faces, reinforcing the significance of community and support to those who often spend time alone
