Meet the Team
Our experienced management team and dedicated Care Professionals go the extra mile every day. Our core value of treating others as you would like to be treated informs everything we do. We like to think of Severn Vale as our family helping yours.

I’m passionate about looking after people, especially during their time of need and I believe that everyone should treat others as they would like to be treated, especially during times of vulnerability.
I founded Severn Vale because I love caring for others. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that Severn Vale makes a positive impact to people in our local community.
Outside of Severn Vale I enjoy making and writing about art and spending time with my rescued lurcher Mr Darcy.

I have worked in the care sector for approaching 20 years mainly in the Worcestershire area, working in different settings and roles over the years.
I am passionate about helping people to be able to remain living as independently as possible in their own homes, as I have seen first hand how home care can improve people’s quality and life.
Outside of work I enjoy music, including playing guitar in a local band as well as discussing the latest films with Stuart.

I have worked for Severn Vale for over two years. I have always been interested in understanding helping people and I have a Masters degree in Psychology.
I love helping our clients and supporting our hard working Care Professionals in all aspects of our care service.
I am a published author with a second book on the way and am the proud owner of Teddy my Cavapoo puppy who visits the office occasionally.

I have worked for Severn Vale for over two years and as a Care Professional and as a Team Leader. I absolutely love all aspects of my job and caring for our clients.
Outside of work I have a love of horses and previously worked in the horse racing industry for 5 years where I was involved in many big events such as the Grand National.
I own Rocco who is an ex racer . We enjoy competing in show jumping and dressage.

Dougal Callister, our newest team member, joined Severn Vale at just 8 weeks old. His first task was attending a team meeting, where he quickly charmed everyone. As the Company Well-being Apprentice, Dougal hopes to complete his training and follow in the footsteps of his brother, Mr. Darcy.

Former Head of Company Well Being
Mr Darcy
Mr. Darcy was a beloved presence at Severn Vale, offering constant support with his friendly and calming demeanour. A highlight of team meetings and Stuart’s best friend, Darcy's dedication to the team’s well-being was unmatched. His legacy of kindness and care continues to inspire us every day.
